How to join

1. You have to like .hack - though if you didn't I'd hope you wouldn't be reading this part. Drawing fanart of it is not required, though if you have any you'd like to let us know about, just post it in the comments and we'll +fav it ^^

2. Drop us a note concerning membership, with what server you would like to be listed in. You have a choice of Delta, Theta, Lambda, Sigma, Omega and the Net Slum. If you don't choose a server, you'll be automatically placed into the Net Slum until such time as you choose, or, you such time as you choose to stay there.

3. Put the icon in your signature or journal! We'd like to make sure that more .hack fans find out about us if they're interested!

Holy Jebus Christ! Four hundred and seventy three notes?! *Dies* Yes. I have returned to DA within the last week from my prolonged vacation that had kept me away. *Shakes fist* Damn Furcadia. But I have finally gotten around to reviving my own account, now I am going to try and revive my two clubs. Thanks to a friend on ZFH, all is good and well there.

With the kind of load I got; I have commission orders coming out my arse, people wanting me to help them on Furcadia; (all .Hack related and some non. *Cough*) among my quest to collect one of every .Hack name on Furc so I can start continue my anthro/.Hack port crossing over; I have two for view on my account, I am not sure when I will manage to update all the membership requests, reply to everyone and get all new members in the approperate servers. I am guessmating it will take me a few days to shift through all the muck, and take care of what needs to be. Until then, I ask that everyone bear with me.

On the side note, at least I got my happy arse back here. Just slowly but surely will I have the club back to normal running status. x.x Forgive me for being away. I swear, I cannot remain on one thign for too long sometimes.

Just an update regarding my LiveJournal. I recently encountered a problem that is now causing me to privacy lock my LJ. Someone whom I did not want to have knowledge of my LJ has invaded it and is now spreading lies from it's contents. Because of this, if you are not on my friends list, you cannot view the entries not made public. Though, I will make public the entries concerning DA and things I don't mind publicizing. But beyond that. I am not allowing anyone not on my friends list view stuff I don't want widely broadcasted.

On a brighter side. I have good news. ~ duskino has finally been able to come up with our club's next contest! You heard it! We will be having our next contest soon. Just as soon as she gives me a start and dead-line for the contest, I will establish it into the club.

Oh and... TOMMOROW IS MY BIRTHDAY!! w00t w00t! I will be twenty five tomorrow! It's kinda big for me... So... I may not be around on that day. I am hoping to be living it up!

OMFG!!! *Just DIES* I am completely SORRY everyone that I have been away for so long! >_> I was dealing with some personal problems. Ones that occupied my mind to the extent that most of my net endevours took a beating as well. I've been dealing with a bit of depression and worry. Not to mention that there was someone I dearly took a shining to that I later found out did some... Rather unsavory things to me. Lying was one. Which added more to my hightened stress and caused me to regress a bit more. I spend most of my time moping around Furcadia or talking with those few on AIM. I've even neglected my own account. I haven't updated in about a month. And this one dragon pic I am working on hasn't been touched since I made my last Furc avatar.

I've even opened up a Live Journal account due to my past experiences. To fully grasp why I was away: I will post my LJ account here. Not that I am trying to promote anything. But, if I type out the full details here... I am sure I will suck out a page or more. Not something I wish to do at the moment. Read the first 5-6 enties to get the story. Everything above is not really connected with my absence.

Now. As for contest two. Seems from a comment left by that she has met with some... Restrictions on her end. *Hugs Duskino* poor chicka. So... As for contest two at the moment. It's on hiatus. As soon as she can re-establish herself within our humble group, only will contest two see any light.

I will now move on to update the journal and members. I can see I may be here half the night updating all my clubs and R/P boards. But I feel now that I am established enough that I should be able to maintain this board once again. I've sovled my problems to a great extent. In which. Much tension has been relieved.

Ahhhhhh! I know it's been ages since I've updated, well more like a few days, but I have another reason, and this one will more then likely drop everyone. O.o

Once again, I have become formally addicted to Furcadia, where I am spending countless hrs IC hanging around someone I can almost say, I wish was here as well.

My main character, Kiara-Ushio is mated to someone on Furc. The very same character whose player I am slowly feeling myself falling in love with. O.O Yes. You read it right, I did type it correctly.

So, where has all my time been going? Towards work and talking to Jordan. I know there are rmembership requests to be answered and things to update, I just need to get past this where I can feel not so lonely when I am apart from Jordan and resume my control over here. I am still updating and checking in, so I have not dropped off. I am just a little slower, a bit more distracted. But, I promise to npt disappear. I will *not* allow this wonderful club to fall. I will do my best to keep it going. Just bear with me. Everything will come together. Slowly, but surely.

We will have a contest soon. As soon as Duskino decides what she wants to do. >.>

I know things have been kind of slow here, but at the time, I am undecided on whether or not I should complete the club's message board, or what to do with the current R/P board. I have not received any feedback concerning the BBS, and I have only gotten to member requests for the R/P site in the last 2 weeks. O.o I am, in truth, replying on you, my faithful members to give me opinions and comments on what you feel this club should have, as the additions are for YOUR enjoyment, not just mine.

I want to do what I can to make this club as enjoyable as possible. I feel, that as a united group, and as this is a non-artist account sucking up bandwidth on a devoted art site, we should make something of this club, beyond it's origional derivement. I feel a bit otiose as I idly watch this club drag on with barely any action, or participation from its members because there is lack of things to do. I want to see something more come from this meager club, but I need all of you to help me in such.

I still have a working notion to complete the BBS, and I really could use some new members on the R/P forum, but as for other additions, I have them placed on hold until I get responses on what you all think of them. I don't want to put the money or the time into something, if you, the patrons aren't going to enjoy them, yourselves.

Let's define procrastination:

A new site I just came accross. It's in reflection of EverQuest and is even more immense and crowed then the most famous on-line RPG. Furcadia.com has captured my fancy. A wonderous envroment that consists of animal-like anthro characters, unlike EverQuest, where you interact with other players in real time, you don't have the missions and battles. In the main root towns, you have what is called sub-worlds, or dreams. In these, the envroment is different, depending on the person, creater, and layout. Furcadia is built around us, the players, as the players create the sub-worlds, or dreams.

It's such an immense game, that you could not explore the entire envroment in merely one day. I have been playing for three, and have barely scratched the surrface.

You have a few main character species class selections. Equine, feline, canine, musteline, lapine and rodent. There are also dragon, gryffin and phoenix classes, but the last three have to be brought. Yes. With money. The game itself is free, but of you want a species besides the basic, you pay. There is options to adorn your character with fairy and feathered wings, but as before with the dragon and griffin classes, you have to buy them. I did equipe one of my characters with tricolored wings, which was 20 some odd dollars for a year. So, this can tell you what to expect.

As with EverQuest, you customize your character. Down from chothing and eye color, to skin, markings and hair. You can even pick the gender, as well as a designated name. There is also an optional DESC, or your profile, which is seen when someone clicks on your character. As you move about Furcadia, you get to see each player you click on, profile pic as well as bio. It's a very neat addition.

Along with the customizable characters, the world runs in real life chat. Consider it like one huge chat room. You even have private chat places so the general public doesn't see your convo, or you can even whisper to someone in particular that only you and the person you are convaying the words with, see.

This world is so immense, and broad, it would take ages to explain. But anyone who loves on-line RPGing would love furcadia. Especially if you have had a taste of EverQuest. It's definitely worth a look. If anyone joins, my character names are Kiara-Ushio and Reeaka. Whisper to me if you wish to say hello, which is coded by typing: /Reeaka or /Kiara use a space, (Then type the message) and hit enter. If I am on and not busy, I will reply. ;

Hey everyone! I have great news! Anyone within this club who loves RPGs? Well, I just so happened to create a board of such for this club. It's called .Hack//Foresight on PBW (PlayByWeb) I was in a different board on that site for .Hack, but the owner of the board was very rude and apathetic to his members, so after much prodding at him, I guess he found out he wasn't going to push me like he did the others, and deleted the board. So, Since there was no .Hack RPG board, I created one. COME ONE COME ALL!! I could use some new members. Join up. All you have to do is go to PlaybyWeb .com and create a charater and send a request to join to my e-mail. I check my e-mail everyday. So I will get any and all requests. OH! Another neat piece of info to add relating to Mutation is the strange encounter with Sora. At one point, you read a message about someone seeing a fading redwand among the dungeon in: Lambda: Stalking Betrayed Nothingness. Sound familiar? Anywhoo, it's a level 70 dunegon where at the end on B3, you see the very wand, it weavers then a semi-ghostly image of Sora appears. Tells Shenrou (Kite) telepathically thank you and disappears. As a reward, you receive his weapons, a delicious addition to Kite's arsenal. It's a lower lever then some of the over 34 weapons you ascertain among your travels, but trust me, this piece with an added effect: Death is well worth the downgrade. ; Also, from what I've read on some walkthroughs, there is a rumor that in Quartine, you get Sora as a player for your party. If it's true, I am all on needles for the final part.

Not much new in the way to add for news except that we've had the winning contestants choose their prizes, I have some neat stuff about the .Hack games and I've taken on a third club.

First off: Our top three winners of the contest have chosen their prizes. * rah-bop has chose to have his winning entry as our featured deviation. This will remain permanent, as I am sure future contest winners will ascertain different prizes and I really don't want to remove it for anything else.

~yashaookami has chosen to have random wallpaper done of her choice. It will be .Hack theme based. After that is composed, I will also be uploading it into the club's gallery so that other members may view.

And ~duskino is currently pondering what to do with contest two. Since she is in full control of that, we will have to wait until she comprises it. Though, I have full confidence she will churn out a wonderful contest. So. We will be paitent.

Second: I have been playing in-depthly on the .Hack games, which is leading me to surprising events and aspects.

During the last week, I have beaten both Infection and Mutation and am currently working on Outbreak. Among the gameplay, I've learnd some intresting things and raised some valuable questions.

One of the neat additions to Mutation and Outbreak is the cameo appearences of the .Hack//Sign characters admist the storyline. Now, I am sure for anyone who has beaten or played through most of Mutation knows that you encounter Mimiru on a sidequest in the origional dunegon she met Tuskasa in after reading a strange message extange between her and Bear on the message board. However, that leads up to something a bit more.

One of the secrets of Outbreak is the revealing that Sign is most likely a past incident. Possibly the predicessor to the games. During your travels along the storyline and sidequest, you encounter ghostly images of the characters from Sign, lumbering about aimlessly among the different servers and when talked to, recite lines from the show. Now, when I first did this, the shilliouttes where hard to see. You start with Mimiru in Delta in that alleyway where you first met Mia. From there, activates a chain of events leading to a completed pic you receive in your accessories of the cast after you talked to all nine characters from the anime. To add: A-20 the Twin Blade that bugged Mimiru in one ep, makes an appearence in this event.

Now. To note: The only way to gain this mode is to have received all four key items from the phantom viewings you get at random by revisiting: Delta Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground in Mutation. If you haven't beaten Mutation yet, try visiting that field every so often and enter the chapel. Upon entering, you should see a cutseene of the .Hack//Sign cast in a snippit from the anime. There are four of these, and can only be gained at random. Logging out of the field and re-entering right after a viewing will not gain another until after you've played the game a bit more. However, the exception is, you can get all four viewings by logging out and re-entering if anf only if you have beaten the game. Not before. I didn't participate in that until after I finished the game.

It's a neat event. You get to see all the Sign characters in 3D and acually get their weapons! The last one I got was Tsukasa's staff, a rare Lvl42 weapon for any wavemaster in your party! A must have. And in the end, a neat cast pic for your desktop.

All you have to do is view all four cutscenes in Mutation by revisiting Delta Hidden Forbidden Holy ground, taking the saved data and convert it into Outbreak, then look for the shillioutted characters of the cast through out the servers. Look first for Mimiru in the alleyway on Delta, find her five other times through out the servers, then continue along with BT and the others until you complete with Tsukasa. Just remember, you have to talk to each character six times before the next one will show up, and once you talk to Tsukasa for the sixth time, you get his staff and the final piece to the pic. Trust me. It's neat enough to catch anyone's fancy.

Besides that. Only other info I have is that I must admit, the only way I've gotten do far through these games was... *Cough* Game Shark *Cough* and a little help from the Max HP code. Though it's not my forte to use cheat codes, it was just I had played against Skeith over 10 times before I got irritated and leveling up was becoming tedious. So I gave in and brought a Game Shark.

I decided to try and beat the rest of the games without it, but had a rude awakening. You cannot turn the damn codes off! And no. You read it right. It's true. Once the codes are activated, they cannot be removed. I know people will say, "Remove the Game Shark." But it's not that simple. The Game Shark is a disk that you put into the PS2, and once loaded, tells you to enter the game disk you wish to play and reads whatever disk you insert and loads the correct, current codes. The only other piece is a memory card you insert into slot two for the GS, but removing that also does not remove the codes. So, of course, I am being forced to play through Outbreak with the Max HP code intact. But trust me, after seeing some of the midlevl bosses and how may are before the final; and I am not talking about data bug bosses, I am glad to have it on.

But, just to let everyone know. If you get and do decide to use a GS, beware that the codes are always in effect for the game you are using. Removing any of the GS software does not turn it off as it is saved into your game files. With the .Hack games. The code is transferred over through the conversion method. So, you will always have them intact.

[link] Titled "Cirrus the dothack n00b" It's a funny little strip about a new player new to the World and unfamiliar with its workings. Unintentionally, she is runover by a mimiru look-alike because she lingered in front of the Chaos Gate too long. ^_^
Entires submitted after can either outake from the comic's ending, or be of a pic, comic, story etc depicting what happens next as from described origionaly. All entries will be accecpted.
